Dan Small started the insurance division when Synchronicity Group formed in November 2004, and has nine years experience of recruiting for the insurance market. Prior to recruiting for the insurance market Dan gained 8 years experience of working in the insurance sector, firstly as a broker and more recently as a business development manager for a leading financial services institution.
